Cotton

Cotton consist of a wide range of fabrics including: canvas, chintz, corduroy, denim, gabardine, jersey, lace, muslin, organdy, percale, poplin, seersucker, ticking, and voile. Cotton fabrics are washable and can also be dry cleaned, so read the care label carefully. If washable, wash in cold water, separating similar colors. It is best to air-dry cotton fabrics, but they can be dried on low heat. Iron on high heat if necessary, as cotton is not easily scorched.
